It’s important to raise awareness of Vietnamese wildlife and nature with Vietnamese people. Unfortunately, most of the books about nature sold in Vietnam are about African and foreign wildlife and nature. You can join Gaia to change this. Please contribute Gaia with photos and videos related to wildlife and nature in Vietnam.

Your photos and videos will be used by Gaia only, for our non-commercial education and communications purposes. The photos and videos will be credited as you wish. You will still reserve your copyright over the information. If your photos are used, you will be named as one of our individual supporters on our website, if you agree first.

The photos and videos you can contribute are:

  • Forest and natural landscapes
  • Endangered wildlife photos both in the wild or in captivity
  • Photos of flowers, trees, leaves, roots, insects, or anything related to nature.
  • Threats to nature such as: hunting, trading and consuming wildlife, logging, poaching, deforestation, forest fire, waste, water and air pollution, and etc…
  • Humans and their interaction with the nature (both negative and positive behavior) such as: planting trees, ecotourism, forest exploitation, wildlife hunting, carrying and selling, collecting fire woods, raising cattle in the forest.
